I just got a 3 star Urgot and it's actually not that good. most of the time he just ulted 1-2 times extra cause the fights are too short so nothing compared to a 3 star Lulu for example.

If you only make viktor's mana lower when he's 3 star then its worth it, but more damage is just useless because of the synergies, unless you put viktor in a random comp, which is useless.

I think urgot is bad design, if he gets a lucky ult on your carry you simply lose and there’s just no counterplay because even ga doesn’t stop it. It also makes no sense to make him a protector since he doesn’t ult that much and his visuals are just not that of a protector unit. He’s just a trashy insta kill one for one antifun random unit and I just have no idea why they thought it was a good idea at all. Also I feel like people are gonna splash in two random urgots just for the chance of killing a carry, such a dumb unit.

Seraph is now blue buff which doesnt give mana after a cast, but lowers mana to 20 after the first spell cast. Also only one per champ so that wont work. Instead put in a morello because the burn counts and i doubt ao sol could even die
