In real life, our soldiers went on foot and that was the plan.Pakistan had no clue about the mission, they didn’t show up in their helicopter as shown in the movie, the movie took some cinematic freedom , our soldiers walked back across the border, but one of them stepped on a mine he didn’t lose his leg or anything he wounded his foot, he was carried back and after crossing the border he was extracted in a chopper

This section was so good for a movie but did come with some continuity error like the teams that departed before them should have been taken down by the SAM because the intel arrived just before the protagonist's helicopter was in Pakistan airspace and in reality helicopters would be equipped with transponders which works on the principle of interrogation tandem with the radar to identify a friend or foe while transmitting speed and altitude information, painting them with any colours would have had no effect on the system and either way in the night it won't be visible. Spoiler for next part: She flies into Pakistan airspace to rescue the team getting shot at, and somehow the threat of SAM shooting it down suddenly disappears. Note: I know it is a movie and I do love the overall theme and story, I am not expressing any hate for it. Just passionate and indicating some loopholes in writing.
