Ken Hensley is a super genius without no formal music education , he composes intuitively.

Since I got my first Heep album (Live 1973) at the age of 13, I wanted to be like Ken Hensley. I rapidly bought all the albums they made before and I was addicted. Well I played in several Dutch bands on keyboard, guitar, vocals and I wrote songs. In my own simple way, I admit, but still. Ken inspired me and I thank him for that a lot!

Ken could've played a perfect Indian chief in a cowboy picture.

100% re: Byron..Went way too early..such a brilliant voice...no doubt Lee, Gary, Ken & David would be discussing the "what ifs" upstairs in the bar! (question is would David be hitting it as hard?)
