Normal range of uric Acid varies from 4-6 . If it's more than that kindly consult doctor! Use Apple cider vinegar( saib ka sirka) .Add 1 spoon of this vinegar in a water full glass and take it early morning . & intake of water should be good. 8-10 glass a day must be in daily routine. thank you so much for this video. today i was diagnosed with uric acid after doing some tests. but i ate meat a lot in the previous day and before test. i had pain in my lower right abdomen. i told dr i dont have any sort of pain in my body including the thump of my feet or ears etc. he advised me some medicines and increasing in take of water and changing my dietary habits. i am now confused. ill improve my habits for 1 month. please let me know if you can share some tips.
