Hey, I don't know if it's possible for you but I recommend getting a note from the doctor to present to the examiners/invigilators. Saves you the trouble of explaining yourself. I feel your pain. @@raghavendravishwas5929 Few things worked for me after seeking treatment. Everything looked normal in sonography too.. Sugar levels normal too. Eat enough dinner. If u r hungry, u will pee more If u feel cold, u will pee more. Plus it doesn't go away completely. There are couple of days in a week where I still pee evey hour in evenings. Just remember, it's not something serious.

I can easily pee 4 times per hour and that’s if I have to hold it in. Sometimes I can go every 10 minutes and it feels like I held it in for a few hours. I can pee 5-7 times per night when sleeping and that’s low for me I’d have to painfully hold it in to try to sleep. Been like this for years. It’s insane the shit we deal with sometimes. That’s just the tip of the ice berg too

@@darya-ww5ye I would suggest you two things: 1. Don't drink too much water before going to bed. 2. Give some time for the urine to pass, sometimes it takes time for the bladder to empty, especially before going to sleep.

It’s like almost every hour for me during the day and maybe once or twice at night, just a lot of urine, no pain, blood, or strange color. It’s like the bladder of menopause woman but im not of menopause age yet thou my period has stopped 😅 i asked the doctor abt it but no answer. I think it has to do w the lack of estrogen. Not sure how to cure it but i basically cannot go outside more than 1 hour without access to bathroom. So if i go hiking my no 1 concern is not the hike, im pretty good at that, but the lack of “facility”.

I have been using uvb (radiation) for Vit d treatment and I now urinate a lot, my bladder gets full very quickly. I was exposing the abdomen area but will now just avoid it. Hopefully that helps.

Hello I am 20 years old, I have some issues. Like a week ago, I was having urgency to Urinate. I Urinated like 6-13 times. I went to get tests for UTIs or Kidney Stones. Tests were negative nothing was abnormal. When I urinate I feel like there’s urine left in my penis so I have to strain or push to get the rest out. I tried this routine for a couple of days now and it works for me even though i felt a little uncomfortable when urinating first but from urinating 20 times a day. Now I urinate for like 8-10 times a day which helps a lot what I did was I cut caffeine in my diet I use to drink coffee every morning for the past 3 years and it is a bladder irritant like soda tea and also I avoid drinking too large amount of water at one drinking I schedule to drink 200 ml every hour so my bladder is not shocked by the amount of water and I do it for 10 hours so I can still drink 2 L a day but urinating less than before. By far this works for me but it will still depend on the cause of overactive bladder.

just go to the doctor and describe all your symptoms. they will request blood tests, urine test (in case it's an infection, but those go away with antibiotics so don't worry too much) and probably an ultrasound to check your bladder. if your exams are good then your problem might be just anxiety. it's really common!! try to do a little research about it and you will see that a lot of people experience this without having any physical disease

I'm not able to go outside...I pee atleast thrice an hour..and every time urine is enough and clear...life has become hell yaar.. I'm afraid so much thinking about this at the time of sleep 😭😭. I take tea sometimes but not anything else

Im having this problem for more tha 2 year an d im just 23 now i did evry test even cytoscopy the find everything normal im totally depressed 😢. Can anybody give me some good advice. I have to rush evey 10-15 min

I don't know but last night during my sleep i awake my reproductive system is urging to pee i woke fast as I can to pee it but later on I can't pee and it's painful i don't know how to fix it i decided to drink alot of water later on i did pee it's was really painful and burning sensation the whole day was me drinking alot of water so that I can pee it now it's quite giving me worries and frequently peeing when i sleep because it might happen again could someone give me advice
