Urinary incontinence - the loss of bladder control - is a common and often embarrassing problem. Millions of people worldwide and in Pakistan suffer from urinary frequency, urgency, overactive bladder and incontinence.
There are many Types of urinary incontinence include:
Stress incontinence. Urine leaks by coughing, sneezing, laughing, exercising or lifting something heavy.
Urge incontinence. You have a sudden, intense urge to urinate followed by an involuntary loss of urine. You may need to urinate often, including throughout the night.
Overflow incontinence. You experience frequent or constant dribbling of urine due to a bladder that doesn't empty completely.
There are many causes of urinary problems and it can present in many ways. This video talks about all the causes, types , prevention and treatment of urinary problems.

ہم سب کسی نہ کسی تکلیف سے جڑے رہتے ہیں. کہیں نہ کہیں ٹوٹےرہتے ہیں. لیکن یقین جانیں ہم میں سے خوش نصیب وہ ہے جسے اسکی تکلیف سجدے میں جھکاتی ہے۔ دعاؤں پہ لگاتی ہے۔ مانگنا سکھاتی ہے۔ اللہ سے ملاتی ہے۔یقین بڑھاتی ہے۔ کیونکہ جسکا غم اسے اللہ سے جوڑ دے اسکا وہ غم نہیں تھا۔۔۔۔ وہ اسکے لیے اللہ کی چاہت تھی۔ تُم جیسا گُمان کرو گے اللّٰہ پاک کو ہو بہو ویسا ہی پاؤ گے، سکون کی غرض سے اُسے ڈھونڈنے نکلو گے تو اُسے “السلام” پاؤ گے، جب گناہوں میں لپیٹ کر ہار جاؤ گے تب اُسے “الغفار” پاؤ گے، جب سارے دروازے بند ہو جائیں گے تُم پر تب تُم اُسے “الفتاح” پاؤ گے، جب تُم یقین کے ساتھ اُسکے روبرو دُعا کیلئے ہاتھ اُٹھاؤ گے تب اُسے “المُجیب” پاؤ گے، جب اپنے معاملات کا فیصلہ اُس پہ چھوڑ دو گے تب اُسے “الحکیم” پاؤ گے، جب کام کہیں سے نہ بن پائے گا تب تم اُسے “الوکیل” پاؤ گے، جب اپنی من پسند چیز اُس کی حفاظت میں چھوڑ دو گے تب اُسے “الحفیظ" پاؤ گے، جب بے بسی کی انتہا تمہیں سجدے میں گرا دے گی تب تُم اُسے “القادر” پاؤ گے، جب دنیا کی ساری محبتیں تمہیں رد کر دیں گی تب تُم اُسے “الودود” پاؤ گے۔۔ اللّٰہ ﮬﻢ ﺳﺐ ﮐﯽ ﺯﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻣﯿں ﺁﺳﺎﻧﯿﺎﮞ ﻋﻄﺎ ﻓﺮﻣﺎۓ آمین آمین ثمہ آمین ﷲ تعالی اپنے بندے کی تڑپ کبھی ضائع نہیں کرتا اپنی مانگی ہوئی دعاؤں پر یقین رکھیں وہ رحمن ہے رد نہیں کرتا یاالله اگر تو مجھے اپنے سے دور جاتا دیکھے تو خوبصورت طریقے سے واپس اپنی طرف لے آنا۔ آمین آمین ثمہ آمین دعاوں میں یاد رکھیے گا جزاك اللهُ خیر‎ الله پاک مجھے اپ کو ہم سبھی کو اپنی حفظ ایمان میں رکھے ہر جگہ ہر قدم پہ کامیابیاں عطا فرمائے یاالله ہمیں کن سے نواز دے یاالله مدد فرما آمین

ماشاءاللہ ،آپکی گفتگو سے کافی سمجھ آگئ ھے،78 سال عمر ھے اور 42 سال سے ہالینڈکا مکین ھوں، 3/4ماہ قبل بعارضہ بلڈنظام 6عدد کیموز ھوئیں متوقع سائیڈ ایفیکٹس بدستورجاری ہیں جو بہتر ھوجانے کی امید ھے پس کم پانی پیتے رہنے کے باوجود بھی رات کو 3/4 بارپیشاب کیلئے اٹھنا پڑتا ھے اعصاب جکڑے ھوئے ھوتے ھیں 1/2بار گرا ھوں۔اوراگر 15/20 منٹ بیٹھا رہوں تو بھی کچھ چکر بازی اور گرنے کا خطرہ رہتا ھے۔اگرچہ یہان پر علاج معالجہ سسٹم بہت عمدہ ھے ،اعلی اور ادنی' کی کوئی تمیز نہیں ھے۔پس آپکا کلپ دیکھااور نفسیاتی طور پرایک انرجی اورقوی مثبت امیدقائم ھوئی۔ اگر کوئی ٹپ دیں گے تو بہت مشکور رہونگا اور اچھی یادگار رہیگی۔جزاک اللہ۔🌷
