Sir, i have been presenting uti symptoms for last 2 years and bacteria not been detected after repeated urine culture.and all other investigation including ultrasound always comes absolutely normal.Doc has prescribed almost whole spectrum of antibiotics including tuberculosis treatment for urine. And now he had put me on cranpac km syrup.Although symptoms have been diminished significantly but not been completely gone away. Now scenerio is that until i took cranpac km i feel well and fine but if i discontinue this syrup for five days , symptoms came back again. What should be the next course of action for me . I am male 31 with no comorbidities . Please suggest

I am a mbbs so gp sir so it's very useful as we all use antibiotics randomly sir.Last time one child came with diarrhoea and the little baby was put on antibiotics by one gp general practitioner though it could be viral diarrhoea too as no bleeding nor mucus so sir your guidelines is very important as we harm by giving unnecessary drug than by not giving as viral fever no antibiotics needed but some gp give them antibiotics and poor patient can't afford or manage anyhow for that much and since i have not been practicing for long and recently i started seeing your videos though have seen few free lecture through DAMS so thankyou Sir for guiding us as doses is difficult to remember but have to remember and important is right choice of antibiotics and you definitely guide us in that so thumbs up to you for that sir 🙏😊
