Urizen is like Lex Luther. Urizen is strong enough to keep Heaven and Hell in check, much how Lex can do the same with Superman. But if you throw in a third party, he’s a push over, just like Lex Luther when it comes to other Hero. Why is that? Urizen has the power specifically to counter Heaven and Hell; just like how Lex equip himself with anything everything anti-Krypton.
