I just listened to the whole thing... Can anyone explain as to why I am hearing an unusual sound in my silence? I can't even compare the voice to anything.. whatever it is it's in "RAAaaaaaah" repeatedly for like 20 minutes now. Aside from that the meditation was very transcending and tranquil. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position. Wear lose fitting clothes. Make sure you are well hydrated. Put on the headphones and don't try to focus on anything. You will get into trance fast.
