can you fill the urn with rocks up to the top to give the birds a resting spot. Also does the bubbler have a regulator to change the water flow if you want a smaller spray?

What kind of epoxy did you use? Why does it look black? It also looks like putty. Will flex paste seal the bottom through which you are running the wire?

Hi @gladiator2311! That epoxy used to be included with the Container Fountain Kit with Light. Our product has since been updated to include a rubber stopper, so no epoxy is needed. The rubber stopper enables a seamless power cord transition through the bottom or side of your container and creates a watertight seal. Using a flex paste could provide additional protection.
