How'd you get so many approvals? I only have 78 at this point.

Being a Human Noble gives you a decent start in court approval by default. Other than that I just gathered intel for Leliana and tried to say/do the right thing to gain more court approval. Also, don't spend too long away from court. I thought that was going to be my downfall lol. I wanted to explore everything, but dat trophy tho!
