I’ve been using this a couple of times a week for a few months. I do not have a problem with ED. However, I do have mild peyronies and am using this in conjunction with the Phallosan forte to try and improve the situation. Nonetheless my erections have massively improved. Absolutely rock hard. I thought my erection quality was pretty good but this has made a heck of a difference. I will continue using it once or twice a week until it breaks or they bring out a newer model.

It would be awesome for you to talk about extra-tunical grafting and what can be done when it fails to fix the buckling issue. Maybe throw in some information about loss of sensitivity and losing the battle with shrinkage post-plication surgery. Finding such useful information online is impossible.

I never use more than level 2 in my patients. Perineally, level 3 is a good level. It is important to use enough gel and move the device. With this strategy, I’ve never had any problems in my practice.
