The draw seven isnt as good as you think. Best case scenario if you do draw seven cards you'll be at -8 since it's ursarctic. Meaning that you'll be exactly where you started.

With the new support and the addition of some good tech cards, i can do full combo and still have follow up/disruption plays on my opponents turn. -End board: Barrone/Chengying, Adamancipator Dragite, Septentrion, Stellar wind Wolfryte. With lefty driver in the graveyard and some cards in hand. -I don’t get that board out 100% of the time. Most of the time its just barrone with septentrion with follow up and disruption plays through Ursarctic monsters/handtraps.

I like the design of the deck and them try to really bring Dark Synchro in the game is pretty unique, but oh damn is the deck so hard to play borderline unplayable.

@@wooper8996 I've picked up Ursarctics a few months ago and I both agree and disagree. Ursarctics can do good synchro plays but are heavily reliant on the players ability to recover any losses to your hand via summoning your boss monsters. The Non-Level Lockdown on one and Targeting Negation on the other other isn't bad. Its just the cost to get there is way to high. Still though a rather fun archetype that just needs 2 or 3 more support cards with a spell/trap searcher and they'd be fine.

ursarctic septentrion shits on certain decks so hard BUT and this is a huge but the deck dies to a single interruption or a removal spell, its sad because its really cool but this archetype is in dire need of something, and it cannot be saved by a link 1 cuz its own monsters forbid it.

New Synchros for the deck, maybe? Don't they only have the two? Maybe if there were more synchros to make plays with, you could have greater flexibility in how you respond to things. Could also add a spell or trap that gives protection, which could be used to bait out negates as well? Or a spell searcher / recycler since currently, it's only the monsters that search and one easily poppable continuous that relies on surviving until the end phase to do its recycling. After all, the deck relies on tributing monsters from the hand quite a bit... I wonder if Pot of.. uh, is it Avarice? The one that recycles five monsters to draw 2? I wonder if that'd work in the deck, but it does banish somewhat, too, so maybe not...

@@krystallinekris thing is when you are at polari you are already 3 - 4 cards deep so you are pretty much out of gas or have enough for a baron and thats it, mybe a small bear that sets radiation so you can immediately get the ball going and a big bear that protects your synchros since chariot is a gamble. since one of the gimmicks is that the big bears have old staple eddects like book of moon, crow, and mst, bring new bears with the same idea like the forbidden chalice/lance or even pot bears

Septentrion is a skill drain for Link and Xyz monsters; so it fucks Spright Main monsters up.

The last Swordsoul isn't really impressive, especially after that long combo. But the problem is you play Ursartic, so you cannot break that board. Anyway, why not use Lefty and Righty Driver? This tech is good for summoning Polari, you just need 1 normal summon Driver, while the standard Ursartic need 2 Ursartic, or on the other hand, you need 2 tributes too. You need at least 4 Ursartic just to summon Polari. . Anyway, do you have a plan to make a video about the new Power Pro Vanilla?

Lefty and Righty Driver are not that good in Ursarctic. You need 3 cards: Righty Driver + any lv 8 Ursarctic + any lv 7+ tributes to summon Ursarctic boss since your GY has nothing for field spell to banish. 3 cards: Ursarctic Mikpolar + any 2 lv 7+ tributes = Ursarctic boss. 3 cards: Any lv 7 Ursarctic + any lv 8 Ursarctic + any lv 7+ tributes can also do the same. I like add Nibiru in my Ursarctic deck since it can be used as handtrap and lv 7+ tributes.

@@samho6102 i need to make a set of Nibiru however I also added 2 copies of Eldlich. Just incase I can get my hands on Radiation and it runs out of charges. Twice over Alpha, King of the Beast and Lava Golem are staples in my deck too. Pretty much any good level 7 monster that has good removal and protection, with in good numbers, work with them.

@@obskewerd3992 Eldlich the Boss Monster does. I did do an Eldlich Zombie type Ursarctic deck which is possible but you lose out on Ursarctic Big Dipper's effect trying to Protect your cards. Its weird but Ursarctics themselves are to brick reliant. I'd recommend Blue Eyes Ursarctic, but watch your ratios, Icejade Ursarctic, same as before Watch your ratios, or just Pure Ursarctic. The Eldlich was in there to remove Ursarctic Radiation while getting you either another body in hand or a 3.5k beater thats indestructible on field. If you wanna try and make it work I'm not going to stop you but just know Ursarctics at base need a newer archetype similar to them that have great graveyard effects.

Answering bout the gem part, It depends on what deck and your luck, but i think on average i spent 4-6k for the core of the deck Edit : 4-6k if you pull from secret pack, if you pull from selection pack, i think you need more because it has more cards and archetype in it

Save up till 1500 and buy three of the salamangreat structure decks and build it from there. Salamangreat is an incredibly good deck The average non structure deck 4-6k gems

As one of the few people who played this deck if you guys are wondering of building it do not, Sure it looks like it dominates spright but like half of the time you will get a brick hand with ursartic, i suggest trying a different deck if you want to win games, this is a good fun deck to play around but the pay off is not worth it.
