Skak Raid Leader looks pretty badass.. reminds me of one of the orcs you would actually see in the LOTR.

His appearance is taken from the Uruk Hai of the White Hand unsurprisingly, I think few other uruks do the same too. I found it rather strange that the captains and warchiefs are the ones that show far more skin than what their rank would portend.
