Base from what I understood Uryuu can reverse the attacks given to him by the opponent, so no matter how much Ywach attacks Uryuu can just reverse the injuries given to him. Most of all his strongest "auschwalen" (sorry for the wrong spelling), literally doesn't work on Uryuu.
