US-101 in Sonoma County: Petaluma to Santa Rosa

It's so different from the rural highway that I remember. It now looks more like 680 through Walnut Creek.

use to have to commute this route from sausalito to petaluma. driving this pre down the ground fog is a nightmare. visibility gets reduced down to 10 ft in some areas even with fog lights

It's great you're posting new videos from time to time. Isn't it about time you'll do CA 58 from Interstate 15 to Interstate 5? It's now completely drivable through Kern County (even the new pass over CA 99) via Westside Pway and Stockdale Hwy.

Santa Rosa is the last largest city along this route until you reach Olympia, Washington, its northern terminus.

That's got to be the weakest HOV lane I've seen. With just paint, there's even less peventing you from pretending you are more than 1 in the car.
