I am Nigerian, i can never eat gbegiri & ewedu with my hand, not because i do not eat with my hand but because the consistency is too soft for hand use. If the amala was firmer like eba or fufu and the gbegiri was not soo watery, i'll def. eat it with my hand. anyways, another great Nigerian meal..yum!
