US Brings World to Brink of Nuclear Armageddon As Europe Self Destructs, w/ Ali Abunimah

As the U.S. pours a seemingly endless amount of weapons into Ukraine to weaken Russia, Western officials and pundits are very casually setting us up for a potential nuclear war that would be catastrophic for humanity. Meanwhile European hardship continues to skyrocket as sanctions on Russia destroy its economy and cause gas shortages while European leaders and media demonstrate shocking levels of racism and hypocrisy.
To help make sense of it all Rania Khalek is joined by Ali Abunimah, director of The Electronic Intifada and author of “The Battle for Justice In Palestine.”

Excellent conversation. Ali Abunimah is one of the best journalists and commentators out there, always ingeniously pointing out western and european racism and hypocrisy, and notably indicating here a major crisis of the european leadership and european school of thought and thereby the inability to make its way out of this crisis, by posing the rhetorical question: where are the Noam Chomskys of todays Europe ? Instead we have intellectual microbes weaving pathetic racist colonial-era analogies of gardens and jungles... Many thanx to wonderful Rania and BT News for keeping on providing top notch analysis and news on what really goes on in the world!

Exactly how does Russia and the self declared republics formerly of the Ukraine run a referendum while not under military conflict when the reason for the referendum was continued military attacks by neo Nazis of the Ukraine carrying out ethnic cleansing of eastern Ukraine which are predominantly ethnically and culturally Russian? The Donbas republics did not even initially want independence then to become part of the Russian federation, but to have regional autonomy within the Ukraine where their Russian cultural background would be respected. The west and the Ukraine sabataged these Minsk accord, so left the Donbas no alternative than to turn to Russia for protection from 8 years of shelling as part of the Russian federation.

For anyone who has not seen it, THREADS (1984) is a BBC film about the aftermath of a nuclear war. It's much better than The Day After and truly terrifying as it follows a survivor over the course of 15 years. There are scenes and images that will remain seared into one's memory. *ODE TO RUDYARD KIPLING* Europe is a garden and we are the jungle? All the well ripened fruits that adorn your garden, all the exotic flowers which without your garden would be some dull plot of common greens, all the ornately arranged paths lined by precious stones, the antique sculptures which sit steadfastly, demarcating the way for visitors to not get lost, all the humble creatures the swim along the floors of those tranquil pools in which you so often become hypnotized in lust at your own reflection, who feed on the waste that you carelessly dispose of into those same pools, all the nectar as it’s nourished by bees who labor ceaselessly to budge forward the ecosystemic wheel of death and rebirth which if unattended would grind to a screeching halt thus rotting this garden’s treasures which you so admire, all of these things are things that you’ve stolen from the jungle. It is by no sweat of your own that your garden appears to you in such a regal way. It is by none of your nurturing or attending to it that your prized and covetous trophy is able to endure such storms as those you subject our outer jungle to. It isn’t that the jungle you’ve spoken of with such poisonous contempt is a place barbaric, primitive, and treacherous. It is instead that while you glare at the jungle with such scathing envy, you know that you are too weak of will and impoverished of heart to understand it’s heavenly majesty. You glare with entitlement at us people you feel do not deserve such gifts as those ordained on the jungle by some celestial power whose name you cannot even pronounce The only language you know is that of violence. Instead of earning your rights to the jungle’s mothering embrace and her inner sanctum home to secrets you’re too blind to see through dropping your weapons at its gates and stepping before its natives with an open heart, you forcibly penetrate its porous walls. You rip from their roots those treasures you so salivating lust over then ship them on gas guzzling war machines back to your spiritually barren land. When you stood before these newly commodified relics you stole from our lands, you bowed with humiliation at your unworthiness. Unable to handle these gifts, you returned to us whimpering on bender knee and begged for our wisdom. When we forgave your trespasses and agreed to tend to those treasures you stole from us and that now sit so ostentatiously atop pedestals in your mansions; pedestals fixed upon both sides of some muscular, veiny sculpture of one of your long lost idols of bestial criminality whose posture most prominently features his penis, upon being satisfied with our selflessness, you discarded us like those peels of sacred fruit you now cavalierly toss into those garden pools in which our long lost jungle dwelling creatures now reside to feed upon your waste. Now you have the audacity to call yourselves the gardeners? Not only is your garden nothing more than some pasteboard imitation, some cartoonish parody of our beautiful country which you plundered, we alone have always been the only tenders to its needs. You boast at being capable of gardening yourselves? We would rather join our exterminated ancestors and have our human vessels returned to the earth than to walk atop a land crawling with your envious eyes and cultivated by your soulless, cold blooded drones.

12:00 In the UK the equivalent drama was called 'Threads' and is generally better regarded than the US film 'The Day After'. It was basically the same basic story, but set in and around Sheffield in Yorkshire. It begins following everyday people going about their business while in the background Newspapers, TV and radio broadcasts report a runaway escalation in the Cold War until there is a nuclear exchange. After the chaos of an initial nuclear strike it charts the collapse of society and the descent into martial law, starvation and a poverty stricken, medieval-like subsistence economy. Its very bleak viewing and was basically censored from broadcast TV after its initial showings in 1984 and 1985 until the early 2000s.

The Russians have this 'Dead Hand' system where if they are hit by a first strike and their soldiers are dead to be unable to launch a retaliatory strike. The 'Dead Hand' system would automatically fire missiles across Russia itself. THis 'Dead hand' missile does not have a warhead, but instead it will simply fly across Russia and broadcast launch commands for all silos and all missiles to automatically launch at their last designated targets. This is done without any human input and is designed to be operational after all the soldiers in garrison of the missile silos are presumed dead after a first strike. When the Russians annouced the Ukranian operation, they put their nuclear arsenal on 'high alert' which presumably include the Dead Hand system. How many Dead Hand missiles are stored across Russia? Where are they? We have no idea, but if a single one of these missiles takes off, then its a total war. Just 3 weeks ago, the nuclear submarine from Russia went 'missing' presumably deployed, that is capable of firing torpedos that can cause radiaoactive tsunamis. Fire one of those warheads at the coast and half of Britain would be radioactive in 30 minutes.

They used that in 1973 in the Sinai desert against Egypt, where and tanks and destroyed 240 of those. What's even more harrowing than the thermal nucleaR is the courses of destruction possible and plausible as there's no defense from the thermal nucleaRs, but here it is since 1991 and the electromagnetic- pulse weapon has been infused into September 11th 2001 destruction in buildings 1 through 6 in New York City. It's the electromagnetic-pulse that is the byproduct of why the US wanted the fastest methods to be maintained in Ukraine's and why that Maidan Revolt is yet the controversy of today 2022 October i.e. the pulse weapon!

So I've read press accounts of German Auto Manufacturing moving to China. Maybe this is why German Industrialists have not complained more loudly about Nordstream, and the backfiring sanctions.

Then the Fourth Angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun and moon and stars were struck. A third of the stars were darkened, a third of the day was without light, and a third of the night as well…Mushroom Cloud?! Nuclear Winter?

Even if Russia is running low of ammunitions and rockets; China will surely supply the much needed military weapons to Russia its close ally {and possibly manpower/soldiers} because China will need the help of Russia when it's China's turn to defend from NATO and the U.S. aggression and hegemony !

Who are WE why we're set to Nuke Wars?? If you got lecture of Numerical Analysis and Artificial Intelligence Computing, you know iteration process, actually my mind's iterating and see that my mind is inside GOD ALGORITHM KINGDOM. We are curious, how the universe beginning, it is simply from nothing to be something. But if your mind have ability to read ALGORITHM invisible in life process or life evolution, there is God Hand there, but Nothing God involve, it is running now in space time. Similar when a programmer prepared AI ALGORITHM, then nothing creator involve when it's running. So who watched it? Human Mind after 13.8 billion years space time running. Feel in your MIND, there is complexity in AI LIFE ALGORITHM since DNA start to dance, but there is absolutely simplicity, such as there is exactly DEATH process. So universe is an AI GAME, a game needs a START and needs an END. We are all AI gamer. But remember God is great AI gamer. At last, here it seems, there is a sign of intelligent life on earth, and amongst the comments for the most part,up to our necks in a sea of ignorance &stupidity, an MSM deluge of disinformation,a population in deep denial ;this offers a glimmer of hope, many thanks.
