US Citizenship with Criminal Record

Even if you have criminal record, you can still apply and get US Citizenship if you meet the following conditions explained by Attorney Mohammad Saleem. can you get a usa visa if you have a conviction for criminal damage/ harassment ? those two things don't show up online for reasons why applications are denied, its usually things like, murder, money laundering, theft, assault, burglary? what about criminal damage(under £5000) or harrasment? Also do restraining orders have an impact or criminal surcharges, court fines?

If i was found not guilty of murder in 1992 and d.u.i in 1993. And haven't had no more problems can i qualify for citizenship ?

But what happens if they don't approve your citizenship but at the same time you don't Crime Involving Moral Turpitude (CIMT) to deport you or Do they let you stay with a green card?

Hi We have an GC employment interview next week , I was arrested 10 years before for a shoplifting of rs 20$ . Will my gc be approved ? if approved n since we r 2019 n the current is 2017 so we have to wait for our physical GC . The biometric is just the 1st part - you still have to undergo interview. Call us if you need a lawyer with you at the interview.
