Good point. Dont buy a business only for a visa but see if it has profitability or not. If you lose 100000, then remember you can not save this money for years.

Kamran makhdoom is just scaring everyone even in simple cases i been there once he scared me alot about my citizenship although my case was very simple with no bad record and i passed it without any attorney and the funniest part is when is even scaring the person who is already a Citizen 😂

any petition can be filed concorantly with another petition. USCIS fee have to be paid. I 130 can not be expedited.

Kamran makhdoom is a good man but the team don't feedback after getting consultant fee which is 280$ ... if you have any question just ask in first meeting which is only for 1 hour after that they will not give you proper response.. One more thing they quote price which is final.
