Yes but the people in Pakistan who hate India have diminished greatly in the last few years. Especially with the majority now seeing the lies spewed in pak studies. I suggest looking under any video which appreciates Pakistan and look at the Indians in the comments. I agree Pakistan has always rejected India's hand of friendship but it was always the Military who benefit from an imagined enemy in India. I am ready to accept Pakistan's mistakes but Indians are not ready to do the same at least from what I see on the internet. I genuinely don't get why Pakistan and India haven't been friendly but I just hope we can at least take the first step.

Life is very hard in Pakistan! I have been living outside since 1980, so I feel for you. Sometimes I feel I miss Pakistan so may be go back but then my relatives and others tell me to get my head checked! Sorry for all your troubles and non stop challenges. Keep up your good work though.

You have decent relatives who are giving you sound advice. Please take that advice and don't move to Pakistan. This is especially true for those who have already spent the majority of their lives abroad and are used to the pleasures of first-world countries. People who move back to Pakistan often get depressed because here, even the basic necessities for most people aren't met.

Regarding TV content for children: In my childhood, in late 90s there were so many good programs running regularly on the TV in Pakistan too. Even in Punjabi and pushto language. Catering everyone. Educational, music based, quiz shows. Shows appreciating and honouring the high achievers from arounfmd the country. Then there was a variety of dubbed series, like Khul ja sim sim, which was our seasme street in urdu. I still can name so many things and words I learned from that. I also clearly remember meena&raaju ki kahani which had so many lessons on gender equality and general health related topics even family planning. And then there were shakti maan a d ainak wala jinn. Amazing times. You are the only person who keeps striving to bring good tv shows for kids. Bless you.

With the kind of population that we have in the subcontinent, there are unemployment issues even among the young. So how would old people get jobs? Secondly, culturally our old people have a mindset of extreme entitlement. They always think about how they took care of their parents and kids and so now it is the duty of their kids and family to take care of them and they will therefore simply sit around at home and make life difficult for the next generation.
