That is a great idea on the pry bars. I saw another video of a guy that took some foam standing mats and cut them so they fit in those side holders so his pry bars and other longs tools wouldn't slam down in there or rattle around.

@ryanbrockmiller Yea I had to bore the holes with a Milwaukee #12 step bit to make some of the holes wider so that the length of the handles could sit flush so that the upper lid could close properly ... In most cases that's the issue that most individuals run into not just with this tool cart but many others as well ... When I used the step bit it gave it a nice clean circular cut because the holes are already established so that when you are drilling it doesn't give it any sharp or rough edge and another thing to mention is that it has to be drilled from up underneath not face down from over head top because you won't be able to get the bit inn with the head of the drill so it can only be done from up underneath ... Once I installed the holsters I couldn't go back to shoot the video to show explain how I was doing it when I did it because the Content on this Channel was always shot spontaneously and randomly non of these videos were well thought out a head of time I just recorded depending upon how I may have been feeling on any given Day

I have a couple magnetic boards on the top cover. Definitely helps with just tossing not used often tools and adaptors. I like the taller caster wheels too. Gonna rob that idea. And I like the electronic stack on the right side. All the battery’s and drills etc.

@matth The weight in the cart is not a issue what so ever but one thing I will point out is that on mine when I did do the modifications I installed four Locking Swivel casters instead of two so that it could be locked down from all four sides in a event that I would be transporting the cart without taking anything out so with that being said when pushing it around sometimes the two that are locking in which they should be just straight fixed sometimes moves it laterally but it's still not a issue ... I may just get 2 more regular swivels non locking for that side but it depends because I actually have this cart designed to stay stationary for diagnostic means if I decide to keep it

You can find the Tablet Holders on Ebay ...I can't think of the company name off hand because it's been quite awhile since I had them but I did shoot a couple of videos on how you can locate them and the company brand name just as well as the packaging they come in .. Which tool holder is it specifically for the one behind the lid that holds the m12 and m18? I haven’t found one that will fit the m18. Did you have to bore the hole bigger for the m18 to fit?

@codywinkle The Cordless tool holders are made by Husky and I had to file out a stencil in order to make the High torque and my 1/2" Ingersoll Rand and Milwaukee 3/8" stubby fit ...I did a video explaining and showing how it was done you have too go into my catalog of videos to see it

@danoh'stoolbox When I first purchased this Cart I purchased two of them at the same time in the 5 Drawer and 4 drawer version I was initially going to make that transition but when I made the purchases the carts we're only supposed to be a temporary move for me and not to store things as my primary box .. I only purchased them because roughly about a day or two before a gentleman showed up at the shop I was in and wanted to purchase a Northern Tool service cart that I initially had with a sliding Top in which I needed to discard because I had already had lockers in the back jammed loaded with tools and in my service cart I just moved along with what I was using in certain application that was of the norm even though it didn't fit for everything I worked on daily so before I could actually make the transition with the 4 drawer I was designing both carts to be identical but a young man wanted to purchase the 4 drawer because he got a new job at the Toyota dealership so I sold it to him because it was just as loaded as the 5 Drawer but I didn't have enough space in it by that time ...That's how I came across CP Channel because back then CP had the lime green US General and he did that modification with the black on line green back then when his Channel was still Young in the making ...I watched CP come along way
