USA deserve the position of soul super power. There are some pros & cons of every single thing. But their country run by democracy & If they do anything bad or give threat to humanity their own people will ask questions & can send government back to Pavillion. That is why we should support them imagine if now china or Russia becomes soul superpower. Basic human rights will come under threat. US deserve power as they did years of hard work & sacrifices to get where they are today no country did that without threatening humanity.

Yes Sir, US Bases provide global stability. No adversary country dare to attack on country that host it's troops. It is just like one sided NATO. US takes responsibility of other country's safety. So there is nothing wrong if US claim global hegemony. US deserve it.
