I first heard about US Mobile from Stetson on KZbin. I love the videos where the CEO comes and give Stetson a personal interview. I also love the transparency. I have been with US Mobile for two years and I have absolutely no issues. I love how every few months that the plans change more benefits and a less expensive plan. I am so excited to see what the future holds for US Mobile! I am here for life! A completely satisfied customer. Keep up the great work!

This is great! I love how involved you are with the community. More companies need more transparency. I don’t like that US mobile has a reputation of “coming soon” and not following through. I too have been using US mobile for several years. It has been a 100% great experience from value to customer support, I've been amazed over and over as it just gets better with time. I really must emphasize, your customer support team is outstanding! Keep up the great work; I've brought a few friends and family to your network and will continue to share my positive feedback. I'd say over the years I've been with US mobile, the biggest drawback for friends and family has been the lack of roaming in Canada as we live near the board; it sounds like this is no longer an issue.

I wanted to echo that US Mobile has been excellent, and the best customer service I have ever interacted with! Suggestion for referrals: I referred two friends, both forgot to sign up with my referral link so I lost out on the referral credit; I'd recommend a way for customer service to retroactively add that so that folks don't lose out.

Your tethering option has saved us during travel and while we've been building our home- would love more tethering data limits that match our normal monthly allotment. :). And thanks solo much for doing this video- it is great getting to know some of the heart of the company- faces to go with it and personality. We also appreciate more service for those that are super tight with their budget- 2 of us are 100% disabled and the others are at least 50%, so we are able to have phone service thanks to your initial plans. :) :)

When I switched to this after much research form Verizon, the cost reduction paid for our phones in just few years, now we still have our phones and all the service we need with a bit extra for the important days. It's been awesome. Friends still amazed I can get the bill so low.

I'm a recent addition to your service (about 3 months now). I really enjoy the use on my Redmagic 8s Pro (gaming phone) and I'm tempted to try the Warp 5g on it (Verizon was who I started with, so I'm willing to play guinea pig), but between them, I'm curious to see how Dark Star (AT&T) stacks, as well, as there's at least 3 who I know can use the change.

I’m really enjoying my US Mobile service, but with the plans constantly changing, if we pay for a year of service, then new versions of the plans come out a couple months later will we be given the option to switch to the new plan and pay the difference if there is one? Is the network switch between Warp/Gsm like a rapid thing you're expecting users to use regularly? Daily? Or is it more of a every so often as needed type of feature? Just trying to get an idea if it's a simple quick switch internally or a lengthy burden

It's a tool to let our users switch between networks if they face any particular coverage issues on one of the networks so we don't expect people to use it very often but it depends on the use case as well. Plus the network switch is very simple and shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

I love US Mobile already and only 2-3 months service. I thoroughly enjoyed this video and had no idea you have affiliation with Best Buy for phones. I must say advertise through our email to keep us up to date. I was wondering if you have a store online line Xbox & PlayStation to get T shirts or car decals etc. to help spread the word of your company name. Like in Sams Club they just switch from AT& T to T-Mobile so when we walk by, they ask who we have service with. They think U.S. Mobile is U.S. Cellular. Ike's, no US Mobile. I will say the toughest and biggest worry was trying to switch with a phone that worked on your network. For me the best benefit was having 90 days to try it. OMG that was so helpful. Also, the ability to get an unlocked phone to bring online that we could afford. Buying online and picking up at BEST Buy would be great. Is that already available? I can't say enough about your customer service people, so friendly and helpful.
