Just found one 1954 . Will hold on to it . I go to my local bank and ask for old coins and some time I hit it big . Lots of silver dollars from the 30s for a buck each. Must have 16 pounds now .

Was this coin found at a Walmart store in Alaska by chance- or given back as change to someone and the person who got it turned it into be graded??… I’m wondering because I had one exactly like it and my daughter put it in the “self checkout” line, literally took my damn wallet and put all my change into the hole and says “isn’t that cool mom look it counts it u don’t have too..!…..” I was devastated because I knew my old coins were in there n she didn’t- I was so mad at her at first because I knew it’s worth- but if she knew idk if she still would have dumped the change not thinking- idk I should have put it in a safe place… 💔
