Over the course of Season 0 and Season 1, Donald and Barack went through a great deal of development both as individuals and as friends. The two men underwent several arcs in order to adjust their hurtful behaviour, establish boundaries, and ultimately emerge as closer friends as seen by the end of 'Wii Fit'. Seeing their improved relationship seemingly undone in the latest season in order to advance a "Mr. and Mrs. Obama villain arc" is off-putting. Most of the other watchers who have commented here criticize Kamala's new appearance. Audiences are citing her as "rude", "entitled", "annoying", "dominating" and that she is "ruining the vibe of the boys". Those who share those sentiments are entitled to them, and, within reason, can even be agreed with. What many people have failed to comment on, however, is Barack's incessant enabling of Kamala, and the growing amount of toxicity that is forming as a result of this. Particularly against Donald, but also towards Joe as well after he seemingly lost his role as Minecraft Leader despite being voted into it only one episode prior. As mentioned previously, seeing a bonafide trio of friends have their dynamic completely dismantled by the addition of one person and an underlying plot by the Obamas is strange and unappealing. It is unnatural. Michelle and George made for terrific "Player 4" additions to the core triad of Donald, Joe, and Barack. Both figures added onto the three Presidents' existing dynamic and offered refreshing changes of pace and development to the plot, all while still keeping the overarching plot of "funny gamer group plays games" intact. The inclusion of Michelle in S0, and George in S1, felt organic. George in particular was handled admirably well, to a point where many outright consider him to be the fourth member of the crew. In contrast, Kamala's inclusion, and Barack's enabling of her, has dismantled this preexisting relationship chart and web of development in just one episode. This is an issue. This is the very first Presidents Play video that I was not fond of. While I still admire the effort put into the production, the plot and characterization feels as if they are beginning to veer off course. Excited as ever for the next upload, but I do hope that everyone's feedback will be taken into account. Kamala is not outright "bad", and she certainly can prove to be another great Player 4, but it will take time. She should have underwent a hazing process through Donald, Joe, and Barack rather than be immediately worshiped and given complete control. Perhaps that is the point as part of the ploy enacted by the Obamas, but I am unsure. Remaining hopeful, and wishing all the best. 🫶🇺🇸🎮

I do think Trump is a little outnumbered here. George worked because he was sort of a middle ground character, siding with either side that he believed was right. It also worked with Joe because he tends to be forgetful and is just trying to have fun in the moment. Kamala comes off as an alternate Trump, giving Obama the edge in their arguments. I do like the experiment with Kamala, but it's not up to me, it's up the viewers, so we'll see what happens. Looking forward to the next video!

Tbf not a really big fan of Kamala being added. I went into it with an open mind, but I feel like it kind of takes away the whole "boys" vibe the gang had going. Donald, Barack, Joe, and George are honestly a better pairing all together. I'm 50/50 about the addition of Kamala, I think she made way for some funny jokes, yet she could work better if she had less lines in the future. Though it does make sense why she had a big role in this episode, as it is the one she was added, but if she has a large role in future episodes, it could water down the dynamics between the 3 OG presidents that make people love these videos in the first place. As a previous commentor mentioned, 3 Democrat vs 1 Republican president feels a little lopsided, as they tend to gang up on Trump. I think something that could be done is have Harris and Bush included in some episodes, but not in others, which would balance the two sides out and give the OG trio the main focus, whilst still acknowledging and including the other two. But that's just one opinion out of many, so feel free to do what you think is best!

I’ll be honest, as hilarious as it is seeing Donald be humbled, he didn’t really do anything to warrant it. If her involvement would be like this the entire time then having Kamala as a permanent member would ruin the fun of moments when he needs to be humbled like during Smash and Wii Fit. Wii Fit felt especially impactful because of the build up that lead to it. The balance of Barack and Donald’s constant bickering with Joe and George as the middle ground makes that a perfect balance. Having it essentially be a 3v1 the entire time when it isn’t warranted ruins the fun of it since he hasn’t really done anything to warrant it yet. Kamala coming in occasionally to humble him like how Michelle did in Wii Sports would be a good fit for her but maybe not as a full time member. When the time comes when he does need a humbling then it’s time for Kamala Love this series to death and happy to give some input as a writer :D

I think the Kamala character needs some fine-tuning/nuance. Her just roasting Donald constantly gets old, I think. Her being a bit more of a serious and meticulous tryhard gamer would make sense, given her background, and allow her to butt heads with Donald due to him also having a lot of ego but being more chaotic in his methods. Here are my thoughts. The reason why the old group worked is because Trump and Obama are always on opposing sides, so it’s a 1 v 1. And Joe Biden (and George W) normally fluctuate from one side to the other. Sometimes they take trump’s side in arguments. Sometimes they take Obama’s side. So it always felt even since George and Biden were more “fair.” But with Kamala and Obama are always siding with each other and teaming on Trump making it a 2 v 1. I see two options: the first is to make Biden always side with Trump so that way it’s a 2 v 2. Maybe there can be an arc where Biden gets angry at Obama and Kamala for overthrowing him from the race so he teams with Donald. Or maybe you can just have Bush come back. Also, the feels are a little different because before it was like “a gaming night with the boys” but now that Kamala is there it seems off since she doesn’t have that type of vibe. Not saying there can’t be a woman, but she’d have to be chill and more relaxed and less snooty. She doesn’t feel like a gamer like you made the others out to be. Those are my thoughts. Keep up the great work!

I think Kamala could be a really fun addition. I think it might take some time for her to find her spot, but she kind of seems like a "straight man(woman)" like Obama, but even he ended up finding his goofy and dirty side. But like most people are saying, I think this specific group dynamic might not have as much energy. But I think, in time, she can find her strength. I mean, if she wins the election, she's pretty much going to have to be involved in all the president AI gaming channels by definition.

This is probably my favorite video so far. BUT, I think they should keep it the main 3 regularly, and include Kamala for occasions IF she were to become president, like once or twice per game they do. For example, if she were to become elected, she should make another special appearance. Even have a girls' game night too, with Kamala, Hillary, Melania, and Michelle. Or even do a boys vs. girls gameplay. Theres enough to work with to make this work.

Honest opinions: I like the inclusion of Kamala to a certain degree. Think she’s very nice, but came on too strong with the small jabs at Donald. Donald, while usually very outspoken and rude, tried to tone himself back to some degree and be somewhat fair so I’m proud of him for that. And I also agree with his statement that Barrack is probably using Kamala to phase out Joe’s power, but we’ll need to see exactly what their “plan” is for me to make any accurate predictions. Also, felt like Barry was staying exclusively on Kamala’s side, laughing at her jokes and joining along in demeaning Donald. And Joe is pretty much oblivious, but he’s a good guy and I’m glad Don has him. That’s pretty much it, looking forward to seeing Trump and Joe possibly playing Fortnite with Bill and Monica and hope the new story arc goes well
