"Any law repugnant to the Constitution is null and void." Justice Marshall stated in Marbury v Madison 5US (Cranch) 137, 161, 167. 1803. Justice Marshall overturned law enacted by Congress and signed by the President. It doesnt cite just one law, it covers "Any law." Every state violates the Preamble-like Inalienable rights of Liberty-which is freedom to do as every citizen of the US chooses. Giving up ones Drivers License violates the guatanteed protection of Being secure in one's papers. Having to register and posting ones information on the internet violates everyone's right to privacy. Restricting travel violates every citizens right to Liberty. The list of violations go on and on. So why did Justice Marshall say this, Justice Marshall set the benchmark for law today. The Constitution trumps all laws. The sex offender registry is illegal and unconstitutional and needs to be thrown out because it is null and void. Our Judges today know this. But they are afraid to appear weak of character for stepping up to enforce rhe Constitution. Though they are bound by duty and law to overturn this illegal law, they have their faces to protect.

The “laws “ that legislature have made are repugnant to the constitution.Florida also even goes as far as to continue to punch someone for a crime that was decided in another state . A person who completed their punishment in another state and moved to Florida after all is completed should not be “retried and punished “ and that is what is still occurring . If someone Completed a sentence and registration requirements in the state in which their case was completed they should not be subjected to punishment again in a different state .

What does this decision mean? The sex offender registry, which violates inalienable rights ( which cannot be given up nor taken away) namely Liberty, which is the freedom to do whatever one wants to alongside all other Americans. It forces those on the registry to surrender their licenses up to every 3 months to every 5 years which violates ones right to be secure in their papers. It publishes persons address, photo, identifying characteristics, automobile, licence number, and many other things that violate rights to privacy. And everyone knows there are many more things like facilitates muder, facilitates assaults, facilitates vigilante crime. The registry is illegal and unconstitutional and is an abomination to the Constitution and American law. There is no room to argue whether or not it is a punishment. There is only the slightest of room to obey law and overturn it. Justice Marshall overturned law enacted by Congress and signed by the President because it was unconstitutional. Obey law! Not the feelings police.!
