yeah, first you should question the legality of U.S military forces in the country (Syria) nobody invited the U.S to intervene in the internal affairs of that nation. there is not a United Nations resolution neither Congress approved the deployment of U.S military forces in Syria. Plus the Syrian government didn't invite American forces into his country, So what the U.S. is doing there is called occupation and it is illegal under international law. You should question the legality of U.S. presence in Syria! that is what the MEDIA SHOULD BE REPORTING

No he's not right...you speak some truths, namely America shouldn't be there. That I agree with. But the Syrian government was already being occupied by various factions so there was no legitimate government anyways.

1st time I ever saw Sebastian on the defensive. He never managed to get the upper hand. This from Journalism's finest investigative interviewer.

Sebastian was simply being very professional here. It's obvious the envoy was being obnoxious and defensive here. He obviously doesn't like the line of questioning! It's hard to defend Trump!

@@0.1.feb. Tim Sebastian has made a career from pulverizing lesser personalities with un flattering and incriminating facts in a style that is semi-hostile and righteous. He had plenty of ammo. The other guy was defending t45. He just realized that this was not the foreign minister from an unimportant banana republic autocracy. This was the aspiring autocracy and right wing haven of the t45 administration and he blinked. Mehdi Hassan, the preeminent investigative reporter/,political commentator would have blistered the guy. Still a fan of Sebastian, but he definitely took it on the chin in this matchup.

Obvious defensive nature and ignoring question or comment rebuttals. This guy has perfected make believe.

It is a shame that people forgets about the Kurds, they've played a key role in the fight against Isis.

These American and European right wingers are the only ones that consistently threaten to leave the interview whenever they’re challenged. I’ve never seen the Chinese, Israelis, Arabs or left in general threaten to leave.

@L B Mr. LB: Tim Sebastian is the examiner. He tests his subjects with hard questions, to reveal whether they are BS. If they get angry, they fail
