The US Air Force (USAF) has confirmed that its new-age stealth bomber B-21 Raider will make its maiden flight sometime in mid-2022. The USAF confirmed recently that a sixth B-21 Raider is under construction. USAF officials have described the B-21 as extremely low-observable, compared to the F-35 and F-22 stealth fighters. The B-21s can be deployed to destroy Russian air defences such as the S-400 and S-500.

Ukraine war is a good proof of how useless S-400 is. Russia is fighting within its range from Russian border and still cannot get air superiority. Low flying drones are totally undetectable at long ranges because of earth's curvature and small size.

It is true that Russia is leading in the field of hypersonic missile, That is because the US and it's allies were not interested in researching it in the past. Hypersonic missiles are just cheap alternative to counter aircraft carriers. The Soviet couldn't keep up with the US with carriers(too expensive), so they opted for an Asymmetric warfare, hypersonic missiles. Russia and China have been working on this field for a long time while the US and all it's allies were focusing on Skimming stealth missiles, but now that they have decided to focus on Hypersonic, look how fast they have already catch up. Nothing special. Japan also started to build hypersonic gliding missiles and they will be ready soon. I have no criticism about their cyber warfare capabilities they are one of the best. While their air defense systems are quite notable, they are overly hyped. They are not as good as the Israeli and US counterparts. Their S-300, S-400 missile defense systems are overrated. Prove? Israel goes in and out of Syria like walking in the park. We have videos of Israeli fighter jets destroying Russian Pantsir air defense systems in Syria. We also have videos of Israeli Harop drones destroying S-300 in Armenia. Russian defense systems fail to shoot down Israeli missiles which always destroys targets on the ground. In 1982 (Operation Mole Cricket 19), The Israeli air force Destroyed 29 Russian made air defense systems in Syria. Russia's fighter jets are inferior to US fighter jets, prove? In 1982 Israel shot down 82-86 Russian made fighter jets with zero losses on the Israeli side. Now of course Israeli pilot skills played a huge role, I would argue that they have the best pilots in the world. In 1970 (Operation Rimon 20), Israeli fighter pilots shot down Soviet fighter pilots like swatting flies from the air. Russian tanks were almost always completely obliterated in the Israeli Arab wars. Russia's strategy is attacking your enemies with overwhelming firepower by ground force. The US and Israel's signature is dominate the skies with superior air power. The Arabs time and time again used Russia's method against Israel and their ground equipment were utterly destroyed. In a hypothetical war, if the US is located at Russia's border, Their air power will wipe out Russia's ground forces pretty quickly. Vietnam was difficult only because of the type of warfare, they were hiding behind civilians in civilian clothing. Russians will be in uniform and their tanks and planes can not hide. Vietnam war- US victory(US prevented the spread of communist to the South while they were there) from more than 10000km away. While Afghanistan was beside the Soviet, the Soviet did not have any ocean to cross nor did they have to travel more than 10000km away and still they ran away with their tails between their legs.

This battle can go both ways actually....and it would all depend on how well the B 21 knows the positioning of the S 400/500s Radar system....and how well the aircraft angles itself against the Radar to deflect the maximum amount of radar waves.....if it can successfully do this, then the B 21 will have a chance or else it might be flying straight to its demise.....

most of russian systems are overrated. especially the ones built after the dissolution of the soviet union. many times the s 300s were overpowered in many battles in the middle east. i dont expect s 400 or 500 to be radically different. Just some minor upgrades. Just like how minor upgrades have been done to mig 29 and su 30 and then sold with a new brand name of mig 35 and su 35.No one has really purcahsed these so called new planes. Russia's military budget is not enough to make anything comparable to the soviet union, let alone the US and NATO.

Well everyone is "underestimating" and some are "overestimating" it. Overestimating because they love Russia. Under estimating because they don't like Russia and on top of that Israeli f35 has enter Syrian airspace and bombed one of their ports where the s400 was active. We still don't know the capability of s400 as it's never been combat tested. The s400 could be a tiger on paper or it could be a real game changer.

So yeahh there was an incident with these bombers and passive radars in the 90's Baltic conflicts ... they managed to take one down with soviet era rockets if I'm not mistaken. Passive radars rule ! are cheap and can detect everything that is out there including comets adding the fact that the units can be hidden and operated without anyone knowing ooo and can not be jammed so yaay I guess. Ps I'll post a video with my thesis project on this if this comment gets 1k likes =)) so you can also see the cutting edge stealth aircrafts with Chinese made sdr's and a raspberry pi so LYFHAKS!!!

When the bomber was flying the bombay was open and he was close to the ground, pretty stupid when you realise that he knew that air defenses could be nearby. 2. The pilot kept flying the same line, something which pretty much sealed the bomber’s fate. In the end it doesn’t matter, it was merely a propaganda victory which had no use since well.. America’s air force cannot be matched lol.

Russia needs the world to believe that all its military equipment is the best for foreign customers to buy. The Russian economy is based on selling gas, oil & military equipment sales. The only way the Russian armed forces can afford 2 buy the equipment it needs is for foreign governments 2 buy said equipment in order 2 keep the keep cost down. Its a lot cheaper to build 300 SU57's for export than 30 for the Russian Airforce. They are currently hoping that they can sell SU 57's & T14 tanks abroad in quality otherwise the Russian defence budget won't be able to afford them. Ironic really...
