These are the same Cuban officials that had a COW when a US nuclear powered sub visited the US base in Guantanamo. Why aren't they concerned with current 10 to 19 hour power blackouts through the Island? Regular Cubans can't find food, bread or regular gasoline. If anyone gets hurt and calls an ambulance they are told ambulances can't go because the don't have any gasoline. But if anyone dares to stand on a street corner and yell "Libertad" 20 police cars show up at once!
