It can only be delivered via a C-130 or heavy cargo planes using a parachute extraction method. Vs MOP (GBU-57A/B) which specifically meant to penetrate deeply buried targets, such as bunkers, reinforced facilities, and underground structures and the mode of delivery is the B-2 Spirit. In short the B-2 cannot deliver the MOAB, it measures 30 feet in length vs the bomb bay dimensions of a B-2 Spirit is 20 feet.
