The drop-off appointment confirmation states: "You are not required to submit documents in person at the Drop-Off location but may send a representative carrying all the above listed documents as per specification" - It is clear but just wanted to be sure, can I drop-off my wife's passport along and all her required documents? Just today i completed my dropbox document submission in Mumbai VAC. My appointment which i booked was for Chennai VAC in afternoon 1.30 pm. I just went to Mumbai VAC in morning 9 a.m and said to security "dropbox" . He checked my appointment letter and gave a slip written "DB" on it. All was over in 10-15 min. Just a precaution: take photos of 2 x 2 size ( not passport size ) . I had to pay 500rs in the centre for that.

But when I was scheduling my interview the only OFC available was Chennai. Based on your response my drop off center is in Chennai, but pick up will be in Delhi? Correct?

I can create a new DS160 but I don’t see an option to update it in the visa appointment. I remember having to enter these details while booking the visa appointment. 1.
