I know when I got a US approval visa in 1997 ( Indian Event in US & Tourist) What a day!! Now 25yrs in US - US citizens. Pilot and entrepreneur in US.. lifestyle changed completely. Well, I have realized that if you have shown that you have traveled to other close countries history, 2-3 lakhs bank balance and sponsorship letter and proof of your & sponsors income, tax copies & property copies,good travel itinerary and be honest, calm, confidence & make eye 👀 contact.. take deep breath. You should get the visa. I am preparing for my brother right now to travel with us other countries/ build travel History and then apply for Europe, Canada and the US.. so he can travel with us and my mother. u can fill the ds-165 form from your home. make sure your internet speed is good and have a printer connected to your computer. after every page keep printing those pages for your own reference. also keep your passport details in front you thank me later.

If you have overstayed in Australia. It should be in your passport with departure stamp. When you fill out us application there question whethet you overstayed in any other country. If you have legitimate reason to justify your overstay in Australia . It will be fine otherwise best of luck.

You don't need any consultant to apply U.S visa. Why pay consultancy if one can do easily by themselves! Secondly, it is better to build a travel history of 2_3 countries before applying U.S visa. Otherwise, there will be enough reason to reject the visa application. By the way, a P.G or a Grad. can surely apply for it (there is no such restrictions).
