My ex went to Japan and came back with hundreds of stories and some videos of the dining experience he had in Japan and both of us working in restaurants I was blown away with their level of quality and customer service. The pepper mayo twister is my favorite item at KFC and the one I almost exclusively eat. The tangy sauce with the lettuce, vegetables and crispy tender is just so good.

In the UAE, you can get KFC buckets for 9, 12, 15 and 21 pieces, which I think is wild. You can also get buckets that have a whole lotta chicken AND strips (for ex. A bucket containing 21 pieces of chicken and 14 pcs of chicken tenders with 2 family fries, coleslaw, 2.25 litre drink and bun)

Nowhere in the world is perfect but I love how Japan operates especially in these cases. Sometimes less food but still plenty for lesser cost and I feel like the quality may be higher due to chicken master requirements.

@@user-mm5zv4nm7b yeah I've also heard their judicial system can be quite harsh. I can't tell you how bad it is in Japan for mental health issues and homelessness but it may very well just be a global problem in general.

It's rather magnified by the media since Japan has less social problems that are much serious the other countries have like drugs and shootings lol

As an American citizen who lives in Japan, I can tell you. Their KFC is really good! As is their Taco Bell and McDonalds. I highly recommend trying them out if you're from the US and you want to visit Japan.

KFC has a garlic sauce in Romania that is so good and in such a high demand that they started selling it at the supermarket, branded KFC. Everyone that eats KFC here is doing it only for the sauce and it's shocking that no other country has it. Not even to mention we have lower prices (maybe 50%) than JP and US.

Omg, in New Zealand we had a peppered mayo twister and I got that in back in my early teens (around 2010 - 2011) and they had way more chicken, lettuce, peppered mayo, veggies in it back then. Especially the peppered mayo was more strong and there was more chicken, it was more filling. I miss it!!!
