Dear FRs Arena, In answer to your questions - Most FCSA evaluation required documents approved by your graduated university. Please connect with your university coordinators, and they will be able to guide you accurately! Usually hard copy documents are required to be sent. British Council has a list of universities they approve for sending scores online. If a university is not on the list, you will have to send a courier via British Council. Central funding are usually always approved after admission. Hence you need to complete admission procedures first. Hope it helps!

Dear Tasin Imtiaz, Yes, definitely you can get funding for PhD after you complete your MSc. You can get the fund with the same Professor, or apply to other Professors of other universities and get your PhD with a different supervisor. In fact, a lot of the graduate students do that in order to acquire all three degrees (BSc, MSc, PhD). Hope it helps!
