That’s a skill to doing that without making a huge mess. Plus they work fast. Great video as usual! They melt the plastic bag into the mix. Zero waste of plastic. They keep their equipment clean too.

Gentlemen, I must say that this is the very BEST hot thermo application video I have ever seen!! I take my hat off to the entire crew and the videographer as well! GREAT footage with the camera down onto t he pavement showing the die edge. I did not know Potters was now making their own brand of thermo? I congratulate all of you and I have also subscribed! Can't wait to see even more footage! Keep up the great work and stay safe and well out there! I only got to "scratch" the surface of doing thermo work here in New York. Did painting for over 36 years and used many different make stripers. Thanks again for an excellent experience! You made me feel as if I were a member of the crew! Lol

No it burns the the flasher out on the truck side faster. The strobes is fine on it own

GREAT IDEA: Plastic bag containing media melts along with the media. BAD IDEA: Build the machine so the worker has to lift the bags over his head to feed the hopper. LOL.

I hope those guys know that there is a smaller Graco thermoplastic machine to use for that kind of work. The one they're using is designed primarily for longitudinal lines. That's why there's a towball on the back, to put a line drive unit on. Also, the shape of those arrows aren't very appealing to the eye. I'm an Australian linemarker though so I guess my view is biased.
