As someone from Anchorage, it’s actually quite nice, especially in the summer, when it can get to the high 70s, and very rarely the 80s. Alaska is beautiful, even in the winter. In Anchorage we have mountains on all 4 sides, and so much more. I’ve lived here my entire life so far, I want to live here for the rest of my life.

It was a WHIKE AGO but given how much progress Honolulu had then I can’t imagine the entirety of Hawaii having so little progress as to not be worth mentioning especially when some PRETTY SMALL towns and cities had been mentioned here. My guess would be that he’s either gunna mention it during his mention of Oceania or it was just mistake and he forgot it or sue to how much he grew to hate working on this project purposely skipped it rather than it just having THAT LITTLE amount of progress done on it.

Outside of a tiny event or two, there's not a whole lot of Hawaii builders. A lot of states don't have that many builders tbh, so if you want to see an area built, I highly recommend joining.

For the southeast I would also suggest building Knoxville, TN! its the 3rd largest city in TN, home to the University of Tennessee, and has an awesome SunSphere in the skyline that would look awesome in the game.
