Let's look at how that often works out: Some big Amerian venture capital group buys the ammo companies by essentially loading them up with massive debt. Then they do lots of layoffs and pay cuts to "restore the company to profitability". Once they bleed as much as they can from it, they sell off the real estate and tooling and intellectual property and then walk off into the sunset with all the proceeds.

The kid sniffer tried and is still working on keeping Lake City from selling to us peasants, 20% of the market would be gone. Vista is about 15% of the market but we still should be able to buy (in the short term). Who here thinks these are random acts during this administration? I'm sure my figures are wrong but approximate. Sort of like when primers could not be purchased in the US because the Biden administration had all agencies ordering millions of rounds to keep civilians from buying AND RELOADING. These 4 are about the only actual 100% ammo makers left in the USA . Meaning they make the brass cases, bullets, primers and do all the loadings. Most other boutique ammo makers CANNOT Make their own Brass. This is VERY important! Many shooters don't even understand these will be the ONLY full line ammo makers after this sale of Vista goes thru to CZ.
