If you haven't crossed Missouri yet, try to make a stop in St. Louis to see the arch and Forest Park. Forest Park is larger than Central Park, NY. Also in Kansas City, the City Market is a place worth stopping. Mata Ji will love it. COVID may have changed the scene a bit, but it is worth a visit and you can also see the Missouri River. Safe travels.
