This is a very valuable video. Especially for those of us with big families, we need to have an idea of what to expect. Coz we have kids education, and many other things. The good thing is the shifts flexibility, and a possibility of getting another job.

I disagree, foreign trained nurses are rather blessed to be free from huge student loans. Almost all of my American colleague nurses have between $50000 to $100000 in student loans only that they 'service' each month. I on the other hand do not have any student loan. If you understand this, you'll be grateful you're a foreign trained nurse in America.
