It’s about time we see the new generation of US volleyball players come up. Our colleges are bursting with talent that has no professional league to further their development. I have watched these same women play in college and they are as talented as many highly ranked international teams. I felt that Karch Kiraly could integrated the newer members in faster.

Same reason they never cover The National Teams match's on any sports channels. Thought they cover sports no one cares about. It would help keep our players home so they could play, rest but no still nothing. USA volleyball needs to do what they promised a decade ago and get a league up.

Poulter saved USA from a loss in this match. She has ‘risk-ier’ sets. Tosses that expertly throw the Chinese blockers off. This is good for USA as they can play with two setters with different play styles

She connects with the middle better also. I don’t get all the people thinking she is not a good setter. I think her distribution is the best of all the USA setters. Her location keeps getting better and better also.

中国队能拿一局已经很不错了，继续加油吧，希望今天能战胜土耳其。我觉得这批美国球员比希尔罗伊德墨菲那一批打得更好，她们真的很强很快，况且我们还没和汤普森交过手。 It was good for Team China to get one set. Keep fighting anyway, hope they can beat Team Turkey today. I think this Team USA is better than that with Hill, Lloyd and Murphy. They ARE powerful and fast, and we haven't directly met with Thompsen yet after all.

China's volleyball, very very tough. Hard to beat them. China's baseball, very weak. Their middle school national team, (trained by Americans ?? ) , lost to Taiwan. 15: 0 ( zero, nothing, not six ) this weekend. Also lost the chance to advance to world series in the US this hot summer.
