Man we were so proud playing against the glorious Dream Team in the Olympic finals, amidst very hard times for our small country. I was a 12 year old boy and have just starting the biggest love for the game. Dražen's death was an awful shock the next year and our national team started to decline, but half of the country continued to root for Kukoč, MJ and the Bulls till late '90s and every existing court in Croatia was full of kids playing basketball ❤️

I was very happy for our guy Bogdanović dropping career high 48 points, he's such a great guy, humble and always giving his all, sadly the team didn't make it a bit better in the playoffs. It has always been beyond me where the popularity of this game comes from. Some tall chaps bounce a ball down a gym, jump up and put it in a basket. Then the other team has the ball and bounce sit to the other end of the gym and puts it into the basket at that end. And repeat. And because it goes on for so long, the scores get really high. So boring. I realise this won’t be a majority opinion.

Bueno, es importante recordar que el Dream Team se lo tomó tranquilamente todo el torneo. Salvo algunos minutos en algunos partidos raramente pusieron un mayor esfuerzo. Por ejemplo Jordan, Baja productividad ofensiva, de juerga todas,las noches, ;Magic y Bird a medio gas, lesionados, al borde del retiro, Stockton lesionado,creo que los únicos dos que jugaron con un nivel de esfuerzo, al menos en algunos partidos, alto fueron Barkley y Pippen, pero no al 100%. La distancia entonces era mayor, pero el Dram team digamos que no se esforzó tanto para hace la verdadera diferencia más notoria.
