The quality of the pitch can never be an excuse in CONCACAF. Outside of USA and Canada and most of the time Mexico there is not a quality pitch in this confederation. The other 38 countries in our confederation have absolutely rubbish playing surfaces. Sometimes it’s on purpose most of the time they’re just isn’t a good playing surface at all.
