I really love how the Mexican teams' tabards have fully detailed coats of arms on them, also the Spanish symbolism with the Saint Andrew crosses

A shield wall still counts as a wall, right?

"Look. We're gonna build a shield wall. The biggest shield wall. The best shield wall, that's what they're gonna call it. And we're gonna make those bastards in the cheap armor pay for it" - Sir Donald Trump, of New York.

the Mexicans should have some aztec conscripts they make go first, only with loin clothes and flint daggers

Gracias!

@@__mindflayer__ This isn't HEMA. The only goal is to get your opponent to the ground. Judo techniques becomes more prominent, the use of weapons aren't really beneficial other than using them to hook around the head. Thrusting isn't allowed. It just becomes a shoving match. HEMA on the other hand was all about using one's weapon to their advantage, including thrusting into the gaps between armor pieces. I'm no football fan, but even I can see how this really is just football without a ball. Still entertaining though.
