What I always liked was how Monika is the only one to look straight at you. No other girl does this as they always look at you from an angle. A nice subtle touch there

おつぺこでした〜 本編プレイ済でこの配信を見て改めて考えたけど、やっぱりプレイヤーとゲームの関係性って極端に一方通行だなと思った。 ゲームってある程度開拓されてくると、最近は攻略サイトみたいに合理的なプレイが開発されて、ただクリアを目指したいプレイヤーはそれをなぞればゲームをクリアする事ができるんだよね。そのプレイのせいでゲームの中の女の子に嫌われても、取り返しの付かない選択をしてしまっても、プレイヤーは気にしない、何故ならそれはただの『スクリプト通りに展開されるプログラム』で、そのゲームをクリアするためのセオリーでしかないから。でもそれって凄い悲しい事だと思う……。 もし、 モニカのような心をもった存在がゲーム内に生きていたとしたら…？ 私達と同じように悲しんだり喜んだり、痛みを感じたりするなら…？ コメントで「モニカは悪い奴だけど〜…」という意見を見かけたけど、自分はそうは思わない。 むしろ、最近のプレイヤーのゲームに対してのぞんざいな態度こそが真の悪だと、作者は伝えたかったんじゃないかなと思った。 (もちろんゲームのテーマがそういうネガティブさばかりを全面に押し出してる訳ではないのは理解しています)

JP chat was also throwing out some spoilers...but at least you don't have to deal with people spamming in caps. A lot of emergency food spam for Natsuki's "Eagles can Fly" poem every time it came up too. Natsuki used a format of animal nounはpotential verb for the entire poem so when she was reading it out loud people were spamming 兎は食べれる(A rabbit can be eaten) as well as Yuri wanting to rip off her skin(to eat her as a rabbit of course) which can be annoying. Also, I get second hand embarrassment from people spamming stuff like YA BE and other weeb memes especially when it's out of context. There's also always a handful of comments each stream posted by people directed at the JP audience where it's obvious they just threw something through google translate and it comes out broken like "Hi, Japanese(language) brothers! I love from America :D" with unnatural or stiff sounding grammar and honorifics just randomly in the middle of the stream. It makes me almost want to disable chat from pure cringe. I might be alone in feeling this way though.
