I think it's lens flare from the sun's reflection off the cockpit canopy when the Raptor pitches up and banks during the high performance chandelle. The Raptor flybys were great, just wish the ACC F-22 Raptor Demo Team was there to do their stuff. But then the Blue Angels and the Gemini/Apollo astronauts more than made up for it!
