I was once participated in a small talent show where i sang. One of the judges was an artist throwing concerts of his own. After it was all done, he came up to me and wanned to give me a piece of advice. He told me to look at specific people in the audience sometimes as i preform in the future, because if you're someone's role model, just the slightest bit of your attention can make their day, or even stay with them for the rest of their life. This little personal attention Bolt gives these people is beautiful. You can see on their faces how much it means to them

Does a few things. If you have as much influence as Usain Bolt it can change someone’s day. But I think it actually does more for Usain Bolt. It keeps his mind fresh and makes him a little less tense. It’s like if I play baseball and my team is down 8-9 and there were two outs, 1 guy on base and I was about to bat. Imaging right before I bat, my dad says “Luke did you feed the dog?” This will make me think “yeah o remembered to feed the dog.” It will not so much as make me loose focus as it well loosen me up, enhancing performance.
