ICC - this should be the LAST COURSE of action kc if you allow them to handle EJK that's tantamount to saying our justice system is a failure. But can you fault the many to believe if in one of the Facts First episode the former president of IBP admitted nobody has the guts to file a case against Duterte? And that episode was just less than 1 year ago, meaning Duterte was no longer in power. Buti na lang Trillanes has already filed a case against Duterte. Hopefully Delima does to - Boy Talavera from New Zealand
