You inserted a disk into the Voice Recorder. That did not come with the device nor was I advised that such would be required. Do I have to buy a separate disk? What kind of disk is required? Also, I'm not sure what kind of device you are using to play the recorder. I was under the impression that one could simply plug it into a laptop via the USB access. Am I incorrect? Does it require a special player?

The laptop doesn't recognize the device. This is a bogus product! I recommend anyone reading this to not buy this product. You'll waste your money.

I have followed your directions, bought an SD mini card and yet the device does not work. As I have looked into it, it appears that many others are experiencing the same issues. -- I have no idea what your position is in the company, but are you willing to let me send the device to you and have you try it on your laptop? If not, is the company willing to exchange this device for another?

This voice recorder cannot charge from the computer's USB port and record at the same time. However, I discovered that if it is connected to the USB port of a 5000 mAh powerbank, then it can record and use power from the powerbank at the same time. In this way, I recorded even more than 24 hours without interruptions. I believe that the power bank is used in a different way than the USB port on the computer because there is no line with DATA signals.

If you were unlucky and bought this recorder in a newer version, it records sounds in terrible quality (mp3, Mono, sampling rate 16000). The old version has excellent recording quality, it even records whispers (mp3, Stereo, sampling rate 32000).
