The question is not if there`s proof. We already have a lot of proof for a long time. The question is when the majority of people of influence are willing to agree on throwing old belief systems over board. Thank you so much for doing this Alex. 💛

This is correct, with one further consideration. What is necessary to enable the stated majority to be so willing? This question can be answered very definitely. Although it is a hypothesis that need be tested. Your question is more of a wish than a question. When? When? Hurry! Hurry! You need a map to reach your destination, in other words. _Peace, Joy, Light_

@@anhumblemessengerofthelawo3858 What is necessary is a decision that has to be made on an individual level i guess. For one it can be a short piece of information/energetic transmission from a book or something, for another it has to be a profound near death experience with huge trauma involved. We do see this way more often lately i feel. Whats your answer ? And btw.: i am not in a hurry and i do not wait for anything to find everything i`ve ever needed and wanted within my own self. I am in utter peace with everything, just the way it is. Peace, Joy, Light to you also my friend.

@@jcldctt For the same reason we have difficulty strictly applying the scientific method to psychology. People are both predictable and unpredictable, we can make hypothesis about behaviors and over time- a great deal of time- we can begin to see patterns in behavioral causality, and we can formulate theories around treating those behaviors, in a way backing into "proving" our theory of cause, etc., but its an inexact science. Psych, unlike anatomical biology, is not just the study of limited variability material, blood, bile, bone etc... yet even there we haven't solved for some of the more damaging illness and injuries, when we get into our neurobiology much less consciousness itself we are vastly more complex. We are learning much much more with the advent of neuroimaging, with the broader acceptance of the benefits of therapy, with many things, but we still have no ability to explain consciousness or solve for it. That, and the fact that living people are simply not predictable. Why then would potentially non living people be?

I am physicist and spirituality is an integral part of my identity. In my opinion, physics and science are still in their infancy. I pursue both work-related and personal research, and find it intriguing that the concept of the multiverse was not discussed 15 years ago, but is now becoming more mainstream. I believe that science will continue to evolve and expand its understanding of the universe.

Life is never the same after a psychedelic trip, when you see flowers glowing with light, can feel the life force of a tree, see the humour in tree roots breaking through concrete, all heightened in a way that's difficult to describe and finally, when someone says, 'good morning' you burst out laughing because they have no idea how good the morning is. Problem with this, life feels so grey and dull after. However you can get a similar though nowhere near as vibrant, an experience by simply sitting and gently and softly staring at a tree or flower, you'll see the energy

Alex, this was perhaps one of the my favourite interviews to date. I found Mona's journey and discovery of her own path so heartwarming, authentic and hopeful. That someone from such a hard scientific discipline as neuroscience has become open to a wider paradigm, is willing to express her authenticity and challenge her peers truly does give me hope of a common ground. Mainstream science abhors any challenge to the materialist paradigm, and any challengers risk excommunication from the scientific community. Bravo to Mona for her courage! We need more like her.

When will we Stop looking at gifted people, healers, etc as Crazy? I have a friend who often feels crazy after a mystical experience, when will she feel free to speak without fear? Spirit Speaks to her. She got up one morning, walking out of nursing station, randomly goes into patients room. The patient looked fine but she knew this patient was in serious trouble. She called screaming for everyone to help. Everyone said the patient looked fine. She was sitting up talking, color good but when they checked her pulse, it was weak, she had very low blood pressure. When they lifted her gown her stomach was purple. They ran her into surgery. She was a fresh cesarean section, a new Mother who was hemorrhaging to death. Surgeon said she would have been dead in 15 minutes. She has so many stories, she calls them Angel Stories and wont share them, that people would call her crazy. She says we dont ever walk alone, we have help on the other side and may The Force be with you. Lovely lady I say.🌷

Thanks to Laura Lynn Jackson, Brian Weiss, Michael Newton and Thomas Campbell's books about the psychic phenomena of our reality, I was better prepared to handle the worst experience in any parent's life, the death of a child. In my experience, deep meditation is difficult and time-consuming to reach. But the compassionate love from Source that allows our consciousness to connect with our beloved in spirit, well, that can happen as quickly as you can open your mind and heart, and leave you with wonderful evidence and proof of our inter-connection. Thank you Alex and Mona, for helping me remember on a dreary day that there is joy and meaning in my existence. I agree with Mona that curiosity is key to growth. I will read Mona's book this week.

Your comments regarding "You're not supposed to be here" by Higher Entities caught me by surprise. Years ago, I was deeply involved in metaphysics and mediumship training. We were doing an exercise to reach out to meet our guides.. when I got "there", my guide turned to me & very forcefully said that exact phrase to me, "What are you doing here? You are NOT supposed to be here!!!" Yikes.. I may have turned tail & run back to Earth. 😮

Somehow looking for concrete explanations for the mysterious phenomena we experience seems so trivial. We are all connected…from the air we breathe to our specific electromagnetic fields. I suspect there’s more to it all than whatever “proof” we discover.

I went to the end/edge of the universe too. I said, “I am the part that is exception.” The being responded, “We have been expecting you. We have a contingency for you. Please be patient while I find your opposite, and you can pass and be on your way.” My life has been exceptional, both good and bad. My opposite, the lesson and life purpose for me, is “inclusion”. Science must include spiritual observations. People must include their own willingness and condition when deciding things. Physical reality must include yourself. Your own body is matter, physical, therefore, subject to providing divination just as well or better than using external tools like tarot cards. LISTEN TO YOURSELF, as well as others, and the universe. INCLUDE everything… even nothing.

we're coming to a tipping point now, where the people who have experienced something that can't be explained in the reductionist, materialist paradigm, well outnumber the ones who haven't. In time , the old paradigm will be overturned and we will laugh at it, like we now laugh at the refusal to look into Galileo's telescope. I used to run meetings, and as an ice-breaker, I used to ask who had had an experience they couldn't explain. You would be surprised at how many have - or their mother, or husband. It's almost everyone. Or, they say no. Then after a few minutes, they say, well....there was this one time, when I was a kid....... Excellent and interesting interview. Many thanks.

When I was growing up in the early 80's we took pure mescaline (LSD). I was around sixteen years old and took this drug on many occasions with a group of friends. It was a fad at the time, in the UK, so we were focussed on the tracer effect from our hands, feet and inanimate objects that we came accross during our trip. If I knew then what I know now it could have been a more spiritual experience, but we were just kids messing around. Nevertheless, I have no regrets about the many crazy experiences that we did have. Interesting podcast, thanks for all that you do. ❤❤

Tuning in to this channel is akin to listening to a Sunday Sermon in church. For a long time while I was an active participant during mass, I use to wonder and question myself deep within as to why the Priest during mass (Catholicism) while lifting the chalice of Jesus blood uttering the word "I am not worthy to receive you..." I was wondering why on the one hand we claim that God is within us and at the same time have to proclaim "we are not worthy"! Alex is doing an excellent job (perhaps he is the chosen one) to give his subscribers a multi prong approach to human life on earth and not just NDE! GOD BLESS YOU ALEX... (Alleluia)!

I think we need to change the mental and linguistic framework about the connection to the field. It was referenced multiple times that society accepts that we “shouldn’t” have access to that spiritual/psychic information/field. On the contrary, we SHOULD have access to it. That should be the norm, and I believe our distant ancestors had more access to it. But our society has become so dogmatic and material that the framework shifted to “shouldn’t” along the way. It is time we reclaim this connection as a people and reflect it in our mental and linguistic framework in the attitude of “SHOULD”!

Thanks, Mona, the universes is the mirror, which if we understand how it’s worked, then we’ll find the similarities on earth, and if we don’t understand the universes, then we will be in problems, which we will not be able to resolve them!

Thanks Alex and Mona. Very interesting. Mona - If you have not already done so, you should checkout the psi work done by Rupert Sheldrake, including animal telepathy. Also checkout the work on consciousness byDonald Hoffman (science perspective) and Bernardo Kastrup (science and philosophical perspective).

Someone once described to me how i got robbed in Portugal on my holiday. I was travelling alone. She was in FInland. She even described word for word what they said. She was psychic, also later i discovered she was a narcissist. Meeting narcissists became kind of a theme, and I can say them being psychic to some extent is the norm.

Alex, have you heard of Dolores Cannon? I was watching her on KZbin she is really good too. Talks about what your guest is talking about now. She died around 7 years ago. But she has stuff still out there. She started back in the 70s or so. All this stuff is very interesting. Thank you so much

Don't think I'm insane but I would love to have the Near death experience with psychedelics like the magic mushrooms or DMT, just don't know where or how I can get my hands on them, so hard to come by. I've only tried shrooms once but that was long ago back at college and the trip was really worth it.

When you've experienced psilocybin, the visions, the feeling that others feel, become really relatable and real. But when you haven't, it could sound very weird and wrong.

That is called universal knowledge is accessible by lowering your body functions within your brain and making your body an antenna. By understanding that body is just a very lower frequency than the ultimate energy.

Even an AI can verify and give definition of spirituality but it does mean that it can be spiritual. One cannot be spiritual by studying about spirituality. You only become aware of your spirit the moment you stop using your mind.
